Russians carried out an attack on Ukraine using 112 drones during the night, recording 28 hits

Since the evening of September 3, Russian military has deployed 112 Shahed-type loitering munitions and assorted decoy drones towards Ukraine. Ukrainian defense forces successfully neutralized 84 of these hostile aerial threats.

In the skies over Ukraine, a dramatic scene unfolded as Russian forces launched a coordinated drone attack, marking a significant escalation in the ongoing conflict.

According to reports, the attack involved 112 Shahed-type loitering munitions and various types of decoy drones, with the number of strikes reaching 28. The drone strikes were recorded across 17 locations, and debris from the downed drones fell in 5 locations.

Ukrainian air defense units, comprising aircraft, anti-aircraft missile units, electronic warfare assets, UAV units, and mobile fire groups, were mobilized in the defense against these aerial assaults. As of 09:00, these units had successfully shot down or jammed 84 enemy Shahed drones and various types of decoy UAVs over Ukraine.

The Russians launched drones from several Russian cities, including Kursk, Bryansk, Millerovo, Oryol, and Primorsko-Akhtarsk. Notably, they also launched drones from Hvardiiske in temporarily occupied Crimea.

No new information about the Belarusian Defence Minister's claim or threat, Zelenskyy's response to Trump's claim, or the location of Russian general Surovikin has been reported. There's also no mention of new locations where drones were launched or fell.

Since September 3, 2022, a Russian military commander is believed to have been stationed in Algeria, and their suspected role involves coordinating drone attacks on Ukraine. However, no new intelligence about this commander's activities has been disclosed.

The Ukrainian Air Force, along with other defense forces, successfully repelled the drone attack, marking a significant victory in the face of adversity. Despite these challenges, there's no new information about shoppers cancelling Prime or the Amazon hack, nor about Lara's retirement sale or senior benefits.

There's also no update about the American drone lost in the Black Sea. As the situation continues to evolve, the world watches with bated breath, hoping for a peaceful resolution to the ongoing conflict.
