"Man's Best Friend" follows "Short n' Sweet," which is still inside the top 10 this frame, holding on at No. 7. The debut of "Man's Best Friend" is the largest of Carpenter's career thus far, narrowly beating her previous best with 362,000 units from "Short n' Sweet" in 2024. It ranks third in the largest debuts of 2025, behind Morgan Wallen's "I'm the Problem" and The Weeknd's "Hurry Up Tomorrow."
With "Man's Best Friend," Sabrina Carpenter has now scored her second No. 1 album on the Billboard 200, following "Short n' Sweet." The album is a testament to Carpenter's growing popularity and her ability to connect with her audience through her music.
