Seedtag Appoints Joseph Meehan as Chief Exchange & Supply Officer

Seedtag, a leading technology company at the intersection of media, technology, and data, has announced the appointment of Joseph Meehan as its Chief Exchange & Supply Officer (CXSO). The news was welcomed by Brian Gleason, CEO of Seedtag, who believes Meehan's vision for the future makes him the ideal person to lead Seedtag's next phase of growth.

Meehan brings over two decades of experience in building and scaling businesses to his new role. He has held senior leadership positions at IPONWEB, Criteo, Merkle, and [x+1], among others. Most notably, as EVP, global supply at Criteo, Meehan oversaw the integration and rapid expansion of The MediaGrid, successfully scaling it from launch into one of the leading global SSPs.

The CXSO role was created to lead Seedtag's global exchange and supply business. Meehan will manage a global, cross-functional team spanning publisher sales, account management, yield & analytics, exchange operations, and strategic partnerships. His remit includes accelerating Seedtag's global footprint, deepening publisher and platform relationships, driving performance for partners, and scaling the Seedtag Exchange into a market-leading monetisation engine.

Brian Gleason believes Joseph Meehan understands the power of uniting technology, data, and commercial strategy to create value for the entire ecosystem. He praised Meehan's track record in scaling global supply businesses, stating that his appointment is a significant step in Seedtag's journey towards becoming a global powerhouse in the advertising technology space.

Meehan, who began his career at Procter & Gamble, is based in New York. He will oversee the commercial and technical strategy for Seedtag's programmatic platform across the open web, CTV, and emerging channels. Seedtag's CEO, Brian Gleason, welcomed Meehan to the Seedtag leadership team, expressing his confidence in Meehan's ability to drive Seedtag's growth and success.
