The Organisations Management Service (OMS) in our country offers a wide range of healthcare services to its citizens. Here's a breakdown of what the OMS package includes:

The OMS package provides emergency medical services, regardless of insurance status. This includes ambulance calls, visits to general practitioners, and emergency surgeries.

For outpatient care, the package covers preventive examinations (excluding those included in the GOMBP) and specialist consultations by referral from the Primary Medical and Social Protection (PMSP). Emergency specialized care in a hospital setting (until diagnosis is established) is also included. Outpatient care extends to high-tech medicine and in-home hospital care in epidemiological cases.

In terms of medical rehabilitation, this is included in the OMS package.

For those requiring inpatient care, planned hospitalization in a 24/7 hospital (excluding GOMBP) is covered by the OMS package.

Medication and medical device supply during inpatient and outpatient care, as well as within the framework of outpatient treatment for certain categories of citizens, is included in the OMS package.

The OMS package also includes consultative-diagnostic assistance, outpatient drug provision, inpatient and outpatient substitute care, and high-tech surgeries.

Dynamic monitoring of chronic diseases is included in the OMS package for outpatient care. From 2026, the remaining chronic and some socially significant diseases, as well as outpatient hemodialysis, will be included in the OMS package.

Post-mortem donor preparation is part of the OMS package. Pathological anatomy diagnostics are also included.

From 2025, some services will be transferred to the OMS package, including consultative-diagnostic assistance, outpatient drug provision, and inpatient and outpatient substitute care for 12 chronic diseases subject to dynamic observation. From 2026, additional unspecified services will be added to the OMS list, as indicated by ongoing updates and integration efforts in the system.

Insured citizens can receive the necessary volume of medical care at the expense of the OMS system, depending on medical indications, regardless of the amount of contributions they have paid.

In summary, the OMS package offers a comprehensive range of healthcare services to its citizens, ensuring accessible and quality medical care for all.
