Seth Davies Clinches Victory at Super High Roller Bowl PLO, Pocketing a Million and a Half Dollars in Prize Money

The tournament, known for its prestige in the poker industry, attracted a field of 42 entries, each with a $100,000 buy-in. Davies' victory was hard-fought, culminating in a decisive head-to-head win against Alex Foxen, securing his first WSOP bracelet and a prize of $1,500,000.

In August 2024, he won the Super High Roller Bowl Cyprus PLO event, earning $3,206,000. Prior to his Super High Roller Bowl triumph, Davies had a close call at the Triton Montenegro Invitational PLO event in June 2025, where he finished runner-up, taking home $4,190,000. However, his subsequent win at the WSOP Super High Roller PLO event in July 2025 improved his personal best cash for the third time within a year, this time to a staggering $4,752,551.

The final hand of the 2025 WSOP Super High Roller was a memorable one. Davies won on the very first hand of heads-up play with a favourable board runout against Foxen’s stronger preflop holding, followed by another strong hand confrontation that secured the title.
