Sisu's Trailer Unveils a Promise of More Violent Entertainment

In an exciting turn of events, the trailer for the upcoming action-thriller "Sisu: Road to Revenge" has been unveiled, promising another violent and gory instalment. Directed by Jalmari Helander, this sequel to the 2022 hit "Sisu" is set to be a bigger cinematic action event.

The story revolves around Jorma Tommila's reprisal of his role as former army commando Aatami Korpi. In this sequel, Aatami is on a hunt for revenge, seeking the Red Army commander who is responsible for the death of his family. The identity of this commander remains undisclosed in the available information. However, it is confirmed that Stephen Lang will be playing this role.

The plot unfolds as a cross-country chase, with Aatami Korpi fighting to the death. An intriguing twist is the fact that Aatami takes his entire house (dismantled and placed on the back of a truck) with him on this revenge mission.

The sequel also boasts Hollywood reinforcements in the form of Stephen Lang and Richard Brake. The movie promises to be a story of revenge, featuring a one-man killing machine character, loosely based on a real Finnish military sniper.

The release date for "Sisu: Road to Revenge" in UK cinemas is set for 21st November. Meanwhile, the future of another much-anticipated film, the Street Fighter adaptation, remains uncertain as it has been removed from Sony's 2026 release schedule.

On a lighter note, the movie adaptation of Nintendo's The Legend of Zelda has been delayed to May 2027. Interestingly, in a past instance, Sony refused to let Jonah Hill use a PlayStation in the 2007's Superbad because his character was considered "too vile".

In conclusion, "Sisu: Road to Revenge" appears to be another thoroughly good time, similar to the original, and a must-watch for action movie enthusiasts.
