Speeding Beyond 80 km/h in Wiesbaden: Motorist Needs a Valid Driver's License
In the heart of Wiesbaden, speed checks were carried out on Wednesday morning along Ludwig-Erhard-StraΓe, as reported by the Westhessen Police Headquarters.
During this operation, officers monitored the speed of passing vehicles between 6:20 AM and 7:25 AM. The results were concerning, with a total of 16 speeding violations recorded.
One driver, however, stood out for driving at over 80 km/h, significantly above the 50 km/h speed limit in the area. This excessive speeding did not go unpunished. The driver, whose identity remains undisclosed, will now face not only a hefty fine but also a driving ban.
It is a reminder to all road users to respect the speed limits and drive safely to ensure the safety of themselves and others on the road.
