Barone's involvement in Silksong is not entirely surprising, given that he has contributed to the game's development. However, it is unclear whether he voices a character due to his love for Hollow Knight or if he was asked to contribute. What is known is that the voice acting in Silksong does not involve recording actual dialogue.

Barone is not the only one involved in Silksong from the Pellen family. Several members of designer William Pellen's family have also contributed to the game.
