In a significant move for the company, LSI Industries announced the acquisition of Best Holdings in March 2025 and EMI Industries, along with Canada's Best Holdings, within the fiscal year 2025. The total purchase consideration for these acquisitions was reported around $29.1 million, including contingent earnouts.

The acquisitions have contributed to LSI Industries' fundamentals, bolstering its operations in the lighting and display solutions sectors. The stock symbol for LSI Industries remains LYTS.

In the fiscal fourth quarter of 2025, LSI Industries reported a convincing beat of the consensus analyst estimates in both its net sales and non-GAAP adjusted net income. The company's net sales increased by 20% year over year, reaching slightly over $155 million. Simultaneously, the non-GAAP adjusted net income grew by 27% year over year, reaching just under $10.6 million.

The growth in both segments was attributed to notably higher demand for both products. LSI Industries' lighting business experienced a 12% growth in sales during the quarter, due to improved project order rates. The display solutions unit saw a 29% growth over the same period.

James Clark, LSI's CEO, stated that the strong performance of both divisions reflects the sustained vitality of their key vertical markets and increasing customer recognition of their expanding suite of products and services.

In the wake of these impressive results, LSI Industries' stock was up by more than 4% in late-afternoon trading on Thursday. Despite the S&P 500's dip by 0.3% in late-afternoon trading on Thursday, LSI Industries' stock managed to defy the market trend.

The consensus analyst estimates for LSI Industries' net sales for the fiscal fourth quarter of 2025 were less than $139 million, and the estimates for EPS were a mere $0.22 per share. However, LSI Industries surpassed these estimates, reporting a fiscal fourth quarter of 2025 EPS of $0.34 per share.

As LSI Industries continues to grow and expand, investors will be eagerly watching to see what the future holds for this dynamic company. With its strong performance and promising acquisitions, LSI Industries is poised for continued success in the coming quarters.
