Stolen Motor Scooter and Property Damage: Car Vandalized, Burglary Attempt, Registration Plate Theft, Statue Theft, Bodily Injury, Property Damage, Arrest Following High-Speed Pursuit in Ohio
In the past few days, several incidents have been reported in the cities of Fulda and Neuhof, ranging from thefts and assaults to vehicle-related incidents.
On the night of August 24 to 25, a 100 x 50 cm sign directing to a grocery store was set on fire in Bardostraße. The fire was promptly extinguished by the fire department, and anyone with information or witnesses are asked to contact the Osthessen Police Presidency at telephone number 0661/105-0 or any other police station.
In a separate incident, a Marian statue was stolen from a cemetery in the Hattenhof district of Neuhof between August 20 and 22. The estimated value of the statue is around 1,000 euros. An assault occurred in the Meistergasse at around 2:40 AM on August 23. A 25-year-old from Fulda was assaulted by an unknown person, resulting in minor injuries. Two official license plates, FD-XN 584, were stolen from a grey Toyota in the Steinauer Straße in Fulda during the night of August 23. The stolen motorcycle, moped, and license plates have been valued at around 200, 500, and unspecified euros respectively. A green Peugeot motorcycle with registration number 328-BLF was stolen in Neuhof between 10:00 AM and 11:45 PM on August 22, and a blue moped with registration number 748-AHL was stolen in the street "Auf der Hute" in Fulda between 1:30 PM and 6:00 PM on August 23.
Unknown persons attempted to break into a logistics hall in the Schlitzer Straße in Großenlüder between August 22 and 23, but were unsuccessful due to a locked door.
In vehicle-related incidents, the roof antenna of a grey Seat Cupra Ateca was damaged in the Adenauerstraße in Fulda on August 22. On August 24, around 11:05 PM, a black Audi S5 Sportback was involved in a chase with the police in Fulda. However, there is no specific information in the search results about a person who experienced a police chase at 23:05 on Sunday evening in Fulda and was subsequently arrested.
Lastly, a 24-year-old driver will have to answer for the suspected offense of illegal racing. The Audi driver was arrested and his car and driver's license were confiscated.
