In addition to traditional dishes such as Schäufele (pork shoulder), goose roast, pork and sauerbraten (marinated roast), ox cheeks, beef with horseradish, and roulades, all typically served with the Coburger Rutscher, a soft potato dumpling, there will be Kartoffelpuffer (potato pancakes) with apple sauce, Klößpommes (dumpling fries) with truffle mayonnaise or cinnamon and sugar, and special bratwurst varieties.

The festival becomes a dancing experience as well as a culinary one, with a diverse music program catering to various generations. The music program includes artists like Jets, The Silhouettes, Coburg Seemannschor, Wart a-moll, Beiersdorf Music Association, and Die drei Gaudi Buam.

Moreover, a trader flea market named "Coburg clears out" will take place on Sunday, September 7th, where visitors can find bargains and special finds directly in front of the stores. Many shops in the old town will open with special actions from 1 pm on Sunday, September 7th.
