Strict measures will be implemented towards the improper usage of free speech, as per the Maharashtra Chief Minister, Fadnavis.

A formal complaint has been filed against Ranveer Allahbadia, Apoorva Makhija, Samay Raina, and the organisers of the show "India's Got Latent" following a video of Allahbadia's controversial remarks going viral. The remarks, made during the show, have sparked outrage and criticism from viewers and public figures alike.

Ranveer Allahbadia, also known as BeerBiceps, stoked a row with crass remarks at Samay Raina's show. In the video, Allahbadia was heard asking a contestant a controversial question about watching parents have sex or joining in once and stopping it forever.

Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has criticised Allahbadia for his controversial comments on the YouTube program. Fadnavis stated that everyone has freedom of speech, but our freedom ends when we encroach upon the freedom of others. He went on to say that society has made some rules, and any violation of these rules is wrong and should be met with appropriate action.

Fadnavis also expressed shock over the remarks, stating that making jokes about a mother or a female's body is never accepted by society. Rekha Sharma, former National Commission for Women (NCW) chief and Rajya Sabha MP, echoed similar sentiments, stating that such language will not be tolerated in the state of Maharashtra.

The Mumbai Police visited the studio in the Khar area where the YouTube show was shot. Shiv Sena spokesperson Raju Waghamare stated that such language will not be tolerated in the state of Maharashtra and warned that they will take action in their own style if the remarks continue. The Shiv Sena, led by Eknath Shinde, also condemned the remarks on the show.

The controversy surrounding Allahbadia's remarks has sparked a wider debate about the boundaries of freedom of speech and the responsibility of content creators to uphold societal norms and values. While Allahbadia's place and date of birth are not provided in the available search results, the fallout from his remarks on "India's Got Latent" is likely to have long-lasting consequences for his career in the entertainment industry.
