Supply chain planning and revenue growth management software provider FuturMaster gets acquired by Sagard NewGen, accompanied by its management team in a SaaS solutions deal.
FuturMaster, a leading provider of Supply Chain Planning and Revenue Growth Management solutions, has been acquired by Sagard NewGen. This strategic move aims to propel FuturMaster towards global leadership in its field.
Founded over 30 years ago, FuturMaster specializes in SaaS software solutions for end-to-end supply chain planning and revenue optimization. The company's innovative strategy leverages advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, digital twin modeling, and operational research to help large enterprises and mid-sized companies optimize production, distribution, and supply plans.
Sagard NewGen, a firm that supports the development of leaders in the Technology and Healthcare sectors, financing expansion strategies of profitable European companies with sales of up to β¬200m, is excited about the acquisition. Sagard NewGen becomes the majority shareholder of FuturMaster, with the management team and Cathay Capital also investing in the new transaction.
Cathay Capital, which manages more than 6 billion euros in assets and has completed over 280 investments in sectors such as healthcare, technology, and consumer goods, continues its partnership with Sagard NewGen and FuturMaster. Cathay Capital is proud to support FuturMaster's international growth ambitions.
Yacine Zeroual, who succeeds Bo Zhou as CEO of FuturMaster, expressed his excitement about the partnership. Zeroual aims to leverage Sagard NewGen's resources to make FuturMaster a global leader in Supply Chain Planning and Revenue Growth Management solutions. Zhou steps down as part of the deal.
FuturMaster's platform is already used daily by leading companies in various sectors, including Heineken, L'OreΜal, TotalEnergies, and SNCF, in over 90 countries. Companies such as STOCK SPIRITS GmbH & Co. KG also rely on FuturMaster's solutions. However, a comprehensive list of all companies using FuturMaster daily after its acquisition by Sagard NewGen in October 2024 is not yet available.
The operation involved advisors such as Bryan Garnier, Hogan Lovells, Alvarez & Marsal, Sycomore, Paul Hastings, Software Club, Akvize, Rothschild & Co, Eurazeo, and Taw Lawyers.
In 2024, FuturMaster introduced two new solutions: Forecast At Scale, a solution for enhancing large-scale forecasting accuracy, and Network Insight Graph, an analysis tool for strengthening supply chain resilience and performance. These innovations further solidify FuturMaster's position as a leader in the field.
FuturMaster currently employs nearly 200 people in France, the UK, Singapore, and China. The company generates over β¬30 million in revenue annually, with a growth rate of approximately 30%.
With the support of Sagard NewGen, FuturMaster is poised to continue its mission of turning operational complexity into a competitive advantage for businesses worldwide.
