Technical oversight agency initiates September actions entitled "Attention - children!" and "Pricep" within Tomsk region
State Technical Inspection of Tomsk Region Announces Safety Measures for September
In a bid to ensure road safety and the safe transportation of agricultural produce, the State Technical Inspection of Tomsk Region has announced two preventive operations that will commence in September. The operations, named "Attention - Children!" and "Trailer", will focus on road safety for minors and the safe transportation of agricultural produce, respectively.
Alexander Ileshin, the head of the inspection, has emphasized the importance of adhering to technical inspection schedules for agricultural machinery. He also highlighted the need for proper equipment in ensuring safe operating conditions for transport. Violators of these safety measures will face administrative penalties, which may include vehicle impoundment at a holding area.
The "Attention - Children!" operation aims to prevent road traffic accidents involving minors. As part of this operation, educational institutions will receive explanatory discussions and thematic video lessons on safe off-road vehicle operation. Specialists from the State Technical Inspection and Traffic Police will be involved in this operation.
The "Trailer" operation focuses on monitoring the safe transportation of agricultural produce. Inspectors will check tractors and self-propelled machines for compliance with trailer operation requirements during this operation. Uncertified individuals should not be allowed to operate machinery, according to Alexander Ileshin.
Both operations will be in effect during the fieldwork and the start of the academic year. Concurrently with the "Attention - Children!" operation, the "Trailer" operation will be in operation. Alexander Ileshin did not specify the exact nature of the administrative penalties, but mentioned vehicle impoundment as one possibility.
The emphasis on these safety measures is likely in response to the upcoming preventive operations by the State Technical Inspection of Tomsk Region. Vehicles should not be released without inspection, as stated by Alexander Ileshin. It is crucial that all operators adhere to these guidelines to maintain a safe and secure environment on our roads.
