In Mannheim, a 17-year-old has been apprehended by local police officers for allegedly unauthorized use of a Bagger, a type of excavator. The incident occurred on a Friday, with the exact location remaining undisclosed.

According to the Police Headquarters Mannheim, officers on patrol observed the 17-year-old starting and moving the Bagger a few meters on a parking lot in Riedfeldstraße. Upon leaving the scene on foot, the teen was apprehended by the officers.

It is alleged that the 17-year-old used a screwdriver, found in the Bagger's footwell, to manipulate the lock. The Bagger was presumably unlocked when the 17-year-old encountered it.

The 17-year-old is now facing charges for unauthorized use of a vehicle.
