East at The Oterra, a rooftop Asian fine-dining spot in Bengaluru, has been a revelation for food enthusiasts. The restaurant, under the skilled guidance of Chef Santosh Shetty, has recently unveiled a new menu that promises an exciting culinary experience.

The menu offers a diverse array of dishes, each with its unique flavour profile. The Haku Lychee Surprise, for instance, delights the taste buds with its sour flavour note. Pairing beautifully with Bibim Guksu Vegetable and Saki Temari Sushi, this refreshing cocktail is a must-try.

Saki Temari Sushi offers a fun exploration of textures and flavours, with its fresh, fatty, sweet, savoury, pungent, and umami-filled notes. It is a perfect companion to the Haku Martini, a cocktail crafted with Asian spirits.

The Haku Martini was also paired with the Wok Tossed Chilli Edamame, adding a spicy kick to the culinary journey. The Toki Timeless Old Fashioned, on the other hand, complemented the earthy tasting, creamy, and crunchy Batter Fried Shitake Mushroom Maki.

For those seeking a spicy crumb-based dry texture, the Kung Pao Tofu is a standout dish. It pairs well with various offerings at East at The Oterra, adding a burst of flavour to each bite.

The Tofu-Pad Thai Burrito Chicken pairing is another highlight of the menu, offering a unique twist on a classic favourite. The Butter Garlic Prawns, with their succulent flavour, complete the dining experience at this bustling restaurant.

The Asian pairing menu is not just limited to the main course. Even the drinks menu offers intriguing options. The Roku Gin and Tonic, for example, adds a refreshing note to the meal.

East at The Oterra's Asian pairing menu is conveniently located at Electronic City, making it an ideal destination for a memorable dining experience. A meal for two at this restaurant costs INR 3,500 onwards, making it a worthwhile investment for food lovers.

The new menu overhaul at Lapis in Bengaluru, another restaurant under Chef Santosh Shetty's leadership, has also been a hit. With its innovative dishes and flavour combinations, it's no wonder that East at The Oterra is quickly becoming a favourite among Bengaluru's food connoisseurs.
