The event will take place at Riedweg 1, in the station's courtyard in Bad Vilbel, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Interested citizens must register prior to the event by contacting the local Bad Vilbel police officer during weekdays between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

During the coding process, police officers will engrave a unique identification code onto the bicycle frame. This identification code consists of the district code (FB), a key number for the respective municipality and street, the house number, and the initials of the owner's first and last name.
