Thieves steal Rolex and Panerai watches from dealers

In an unexpected turn of events, four masked men robbed two Italian watch dealers at the Munich Watch Fair held at the Ballhaus-Forum in Unterschleißheim, Munich district.

The incident occurred when four masked men, one of whom was armed, approached the dealers. One of the masked men struck the 47-year-old dealer on the head with a gun, causing him to collapse and bleed. The 29-year-old dealer managed to flee from the scene.

The perpetrators took two bags from the dealers' car, containing high-value watches from brands like Panerai, Rolex, IWC, and Cartier, as well as expensive clothing items worth tens of thousands of euros, including suits from Louis Vuitton and Prada. The total value of the stolen goods, including watches and clothing, is estimated to be up to 50,000 euros.

The 47-year-old dealer was taken to a clinic where doctors have stitched up the wound, and there does not appear to be any life-threatening danger.

Following the robbery, the four perpetrators fled the scene with a car. The police assume the men switched vehicles near Fahrenzhausen. There may be camera footage of the getaway, potentially from nearby Teslas in sentry mode.

The police are investigating the incident and have issued an appeal for witnesses. Anyone with useful information is asked to contact the police at 089/29100.

It is worth noting that the Munich Watch Fair is an event where nine times a year, watch enthusiasts and international dealers gather. Admission to the fair costs up to 50 euros.

The police are yet to find information about when the four perpetrators left the A9 highway southbound after allegedly transforming in Fahrenzhausen. The search continues.
