Tiered loyalty program launches at Ann Taylor and Loft retail stores
In a move to enhance the shopping experience for customers, Ann Taylor and Loft have unveiled their new multi-brand loyalty program, StyleRewards. This initiative comes after Gap Inc.'s rollout of a similar loyalty program across its brands last year.
The StyleRewards program aims to provide a customer-centered shopping experience, reinforcing the power of community among customers. With this program, customers can earn two points per dollar on qualifying purchases, offering more rewards for shopping the brands they love.
Rewards members will enjoy early access to special events and promotions, free shipping days, and a birthday gift. For every 1,000 points earned, members will receive a $10 reward.
Credit card members will also benefit from the StyleRewards program. They will receive $20 off their first purchase, access to a special customer service line, and 15% off on the first Tuesday of every month. Additionally, credit card holders can earn five points per dollar, and enjoy free shipping for purchases over $75.
The new StyleRewards program is designed to create an emotional connection with customers and deepen relationships with them. It follows in the footsteps of other retailers, such as Bath and Body Works, Saks Off Fifth, and Nike, who have also aligned their loyalty programs with key retailers they sell through.
It's worth noting that Nike has recently aligned its loyalty program with Dick's Sporting Goods. However, there is no information available about Michelle Newby, the senior marketing executive associated with Ann Taylor and Loft, commenting on the StyleRewards loyalty program or holding the position of Senior Vice President of Digital and Customer Marketing.
The StyleRewards loyalty program is set to provide a unique and rewarding shopping experience for customers of Ann Taylor and Loft, as they continue to grow and evolve their brand offerings.
