Traffic Accident: Audi Suffers Impact, One Person Sustains Minor Injuries Due to Police Collision
On May 17, 2023, a serious traffic accident occurred on Dolberger Straße near Friedensstraße in Hamm, involving three vehicles: an Audi, a Mercedes, and a VW.
The incident unfolded at 10:35 AM when a 61-year-old Audi driver veered onto the opposite lane. The Audi collided with an oncoming Mercedes driven by a 63-year-old, causing both vehicles to sustain significant damage. As a result, both the Audi and the Mercedes had to be towed away.
The 63-year-old driver of the Mercedes was lightly injured in the accident and was taken to a local hospital by ambulance. After outpatient treatment, the driver was released from the hospital.
Suspicions of drunk driving have been raised against the 61-year-old Audi driver, and a blood test was conducted to confirm these suspicions. However, the name of the Audi driver remains undisclosed at this time.
