Traffic Accident on Bundesautobahn 3 in Frankfurt Causes Temporary Shut Down

Last night, a traffic accident occurred on the A3 motorway near Frankfurt. The incident involved a total of five vehicles, according to preliminary reports.

The accident took place around 22:15 on the A3 towards WΓΌrzburg. The incident began when a 20-year-old driver of a Corvette was driving at high speed on the motorway. The Corvette lost control, crossed multiple lanes, hit the right guardrail, rebounded, and hit the rear of a VW.

The 20-year-old driver and the 50-year-old driver of the VW were lightly injured in the accident. Three other vehicles were also damaged by debris from the incident. Fortunately, the bridge, which was slightly damaged by the debris, was inspected by experts and posed no threat to its integrity at any time.

The motorway was temporarily closed due to the debris and some vehicles not being roadworthy. However, one lane was reopened after a few minutes. The police are currently investigating the cause of the accident.

At this time, the search results do not provide information about the Police Director of the Frankfurt Police Headquarters or the individuals involved in their press office.

We hope that all those involved in the accident recover quickly and that the road is cleared of any remaining debris. This is a developing story and we will provide updates as more information becomes available.
