Tunes in the seaside hamper
The summer months at Lübeck Bay are set to be even more entertaining, with the presentation of two unique beach concerts: "Music in the Beach Chair" and "Music in the Beach Chair Kids". These events, organized by the Tourism Agency Lübeck Bay and sponsored by a local bank, are also endorsed by the Ostsee-Zeitung.
The concerts are designed to make people smile, dance, and think, with a blend of music that includes pounding bass, driving beats, crashing guitars, and catchy melodies. For the younger audience, the "Music in the Beach Chair Kids" concert on August 4 at Seabrücke Pelzerhaken will feature Piet Rakete, who will take children on a musical journey to distant galaxies and planets.
For the older beachgoers, the "Music in the Beach Chair" concert on August 12 at the Seabrücken-Arena Scharbeutz will feature singer Anton. Known for his songs about everyday family situations, difficult decisions, mistakes, beautiful moments, and everyone's right to their own thoughts, Anton promises an engaging performance. Hits like "The Cookie Planet," "Chips & Snacks," or "The Worm Polonaise" are expected to be performed.
Both concerts are free to attend and are specifically aimed at young beachgoers who are too old for classic children's songs but not yet old enough to be independent teenagers. The concerts will start at 5 PM and end at 6 PM, providing an enjoyable hour of music by the sea.
