Twelve-year-old girl who went missing found safe and returned
A 12-year-old girl from Hamburg-LohbrĂźgge was reported missing on August 28th, sparking a search by local police. However, the search did not lead to her being found initially.
The police used a photo in the search for the girl and conducted the search measures under the responsibility of the State Criminal Police Office of the Bergedorf region (LKA 171). No indications of any criminal offenses were found in connection with the girl's disappearance.
The good news came when the girl was found safe and sound by police officers on an unspecified date after August 28th. She was handed over to her parents following the discovery.
Meanwhile, other ongoing cases in Hamburg remained unrelated to the missing girl's case. These include a serious accident involving a truck and a pedestrian on Hoheluftchaussee, where a pedestrian's foot was severed, and a senior woman's assault in her own apartment. No connection has been established between these cases and the search and discovery of the missing girl.
Similarly, the luxury car theft case, operation named "Panthera", being trialled by Hamburg Police, is also likely unrelated to the missing girl's case. No connection has been established between the missing girl's case and the senior assault case or the luxury car theft case.
The discovery of the missing girl brings relief to her parents and the local community, and the police continue their efforts to maintain the safety and security of the city's residents.
