Unauthorized Removal of License Plates - Damage to Sprinter - Electronic Scooter Theft - Mail Burglary in Ohio

In the past few days, several incidents of theft and vandalism have been reported in the town of Bad Hersfeld and its surrounding areas.

On Tuesday evening, around 10 p.m., a 17-year-old resident of Bad Hersfeld had a package stolen from him at a pick-up station at a shopping market in the Erfurter Straße in the "Hohe Luft" district. The unknown individual who committed the theft can be described as a male, approximately 20 years old, glasses, sturdy build, blonde hair with a part, white shirt, black pants, and a yellow safety vest. He fled in the direction of Petersberg after the incident. The value of the stolen package is around 180 euros.

On the same day, between Monday, September 1, around 3 p.m., and Tuesday, September 2, around 2 p.m., unknown individuals stole a black Evercross EV85F e-scooter from a basement room of a multi-family house in Jenaer Straße, Bad Hersfeld. Despite extensive searches, no details about the e-scooter or the location of the theft have been made available. The value of the stolen e-scooter is currently unknown.

Between Friday, August 29, and Tuesday, September 2, unknown individuals scratched a silver Mercedes Sprinter parked in the Dreherstraße in the "Hohe Luft" district of Bad Hersfeld using an unknown object. The amount of damage to the vehicle is currently unknown.

In a separate incident, unknown individuals stole the official license plates "HEF-DK 85" from a gray Mazda 2 parked in the extension of Wittichweg in the Blankenheim district, Bebra, overnight on Tuesday.
