In a recent development, a 48-year-old Ukrainian man was arrested at the long-distance train station of Frankfurt Airport by federal police officers. The arrest took place yesterday, as the man was found to be traveling without a valid ticket and using a forged Czech residence permit.

During a subsequent investigation, the federal police also discovered an imitation weapon of type Walther P99 in the man's possession. This imitation weapon was seized during the investigation. In a later search, the federal police also found a forged Czech driver's license.

The man is now under investigation for multiple offenses, including forgery, weapons violation, and fare evasion. Investigations against him are also underway for violation of the Weapons Act and forgery of documents.
