Under the influence, an inebriated individual expresses their views publicly
In the small town of Oppenheim, Germany, a 26-year-old Spanish national found himself in hot water on December 24, 2024. The heavily intoxicated individual caused a physical altercation at a local McDonald's, leading to an incident that would land him in police custody.
The altercation, which occurred around 7:20 PM local time, resulted in a minor bite wound to a female colleague's arm. The male, who did not have any identification papers and refused to provide personal details, began kicking, spitting at, and insulting the responding officers. Despite their efforts, the officers could only partially calm down the agitated individual.
Following the incident, the 26-year-old was taken to the Rheinhessen Fachklinik for medical attention. A blood sample was taken from him for potential criminal charges. It was later revealed that the male is a known individual to the police and has a history of transient living in Germany.
