Unidentified pair nab apparel from sports retailer - picture examination
In the heart of Essen's city centre, a daring theft took place at a sporting goods store on Limbecker Platz on January 27th. Around 6:40 PM, an unidentified woman and man made a quick getaway with several items of clothing, leaving the store without paying.
An attentive customer noticed the theft and promptly informed the staff, who immediately sprang into action. One brave employee chased after the two suspects and managed to retrieve the stolen goods. Despite the quick response, the thieves were able to escape.
The Essen police are now actively searching for the duo, using photos from the store's surveillance camera. The public is urged to provide any information about the suspects to the Essen police.
