In the city center of Offenbach, a disturbing incident took place at around 13:45 on an ordinary day. The South East Hesse Police are currently investigating an assault on an 18-year-old local resident in the "Hexenpark" area.

According to the Offenbach Criminal Police, the suspect approached the victim on a park bench and asked for a joint.
