Unlawful Access Halted: Federal Police Intervene to Prevent Unauthorized Entry (BPOLI C)
In the town of Sehma, a significant incident occurred on June 12, 2025, at 22:30, as joint deployment forces stopped two vehicles at the border crossing. The vehicles, one with a German license plate and the other with an Albanian one, were observed during the routine check.
Upon inspection, the occupants of the vehicle with the German license plate were identified. A 37-year-old Albanian national, his 4-year-old child, and a 28-year-old Albanian national as a passenger were found. The driver and the child presented valid Albanian passports and valid German residence permits. However, the passenger could only present an Albanian passport without any residence-legitimizing documents.
The passenger was found to have a ban on entry to Germany and a refusal of entry to Hungary. This discovery raised suspicions of illegal entry and illegal residence involving the Albanian national. The illegally entered Albanian was taken to the Federal Police Station Schmalzgrube for further processing.
The driver of the vehicle with the German license plate admitted receiving 50 euros for the trip to Dresden, but no further irregularities were found with the vehicle or its occupants. The vehicle with the Albanian license plate showed no irregularities during the inspection.
The event was jointly handled by personnel from the Federal Police Inspectorate Chemnitz and the Chemnitz Police Directorate. For further inquiries, you can contact the Federal Police Inspectorate Chemnitz at their website (http://www.bundespolizei.de) or via email ([email protected]). Alternatively, you can reach them by phone at 0371 4615-105.
It is important to note that the search results do not contain information about the name of the man who entered BΓ€renstein on the same day at the same time with a vehicle from Germany, who also has an entry ban in Germany and a removal order in Hungary. The planned return of the Albanian national is from Frankfurt/Main Airport to Tirana/Albania.
The joint deployment forces continue to work diligently to maintain the integrity and security of Germany's borders. For updates and more information, please visit the Federal Police Inspectorate Chemnitz's website or contact them directly.
