In addition, JCM Global also upgraded the existing ICB Intelligent Cash Box system to the advanced, web-based ICB 3.0 system. The ICB system offers customizable web-based reporting for intelligence-driven floor drops and decision-making, streamlining the drop process, eliminating human error, enhancing accuracy, and boosting compliance.

JCM's iVIZION bill validator is considered "the leading bill validator in its class," offering unmatched security and performance. The upgrade to the ICB 3.0 system further enhances these features, providing a robust solution for the casino's cash management needs.

As part of the multiple upgrades, JCM Global last installed the Skagit Casino Resort with the Digital Signage Solution with a 1.875mm LED resolution. This solution will be used to enhance the guest experience by showcasing live TV feeds, promotional property content, and recent jackpot announcements near the casino's entrance.
