Urgent Aid Required in Wolfsburg for Elias (4) - Significantly Enhance His Life Quality
In the heart of Wolfsburg, a family from the Detmerode district is facing a heavy burden. Four-year-old Elias, born with severe epilepsy and cerebral palsy due to two brain hemorrhages before birth, requires expensive therapies to improve his quality of life and reduce his pain.
Nadine and Denis, Elias's parents, have launched a heart-wrenching appeal for help. Their plea for support has resonated with the community, as evidenced by the overwhelming response to their fundraising campaign on GoFundMe.
As of September 6, 2025, 8,767 euros have been donated by 88 generous individuals. These donations have enabled Elias to start his therapy this year, including the first block of NART therapy, which is set to begin in November.
The family is deeply grateful for the help received so far. "We are overwhelmed by the support and kindness shown to us," said Nadine. "Every donation brings us one step closer to giving Elias the life he deserves."
The therapies, which include riding therapy, NART, Adeli, DMI, and dolphin therapy, are aimed at improving Elias's mobility and independence, as well as his overall wellbeing.
The fundraising campaign has already received significant support, with donations coming from all corners of the community. "We are truly humbled by the generosity of our neighbours, friends, and strangers alike," Denis added.

In these challenging times, the story of Elias and his family serves as a reminder of the power of community support. Despite the hardships they face, Elias's parents are determined to try everything to improve their son's condition.
As Elias prepares to embark on his therapy journey, the family remains hopeful for a brighter future. "We know it won't be easy, but we are ready to face whatever comes our way," Nadine said. "We are grateful for every step forward, and for every hand that reaches out to help us along the way."
