Virtual Bank Fulda recognizes its staff for their ongoing loyalty and dedication – long-term dedication emphasized.
In a heartwarming ceremony held at its premises, VR Bank Fulda paid tribute to its dedicated employees who have served the bank for 25 and 40 years. The event, led by Chairmen Frank Mackenroth, Torsten Hopf, and Sebastian Emmert, was a celebration of the bank's rich history and the commitment of its staff.
The ceremony began with an opening address by Torsten Hopf, the Personnel Chairman, who expressed gratitude to the employees for their unwavering dedication. He then highlighted the three strategic pillars of VR Bank Fulda: Economic Strength, Regional Partner, and Most Attractive Employer.
Twenty-three employees were honoured for their 25 or 40 years of service. Among them were Christoph Zengerle, Markus Kirst, Jörg Schellhaas, Dorothee Seifert, Anette Kimpel, Katja Otto, Lothar Hilfenhaus, Martin Sitzmann, Beate Hartung, Ralph Eifert, Susanne Heller, Tanja Schimmer, Martin Mihm, Christine Seipel, Andreas Erb, Florina Leinweber, Michaela Diegelmann, Rebecca Dieterich, Nadine Ellenbrand, Stefan Jäger, Christine Karolewski, and Andreas Borm. Six employees were retiring from the bank, and personal thanks were expressed to them by the chairmen.
The retirees, who included Horst Hahl (34 years), Gerhard Halsch (27 years), Thomas Müller (47 years), Elisabeth Vey (24 years), Horst Alt (41 years), and Andrea Müller (43 years), were bid a heartfelt farewell. The board of VR Bank Fulda expressed personal words of thanks and appreciation for the retirees, wishing them health, satisfaction, and many fulfilling moments ahead.
Frank Mackenroth looked to the future and expressed pride in what they have accomplished together. Sebastian Emmert emphasized the significance of milestones in a constantly changing work environment. He acknowledged the retirees' contributions and wished them a happy retirement, stating that they had more than earned it after a long and dedicated career.
The ceremony concluded with a convivial gathering that offered space for good conversations, shared memories, and an appreciative exchange.
