Vodafone Modernizes Mobile Network Station in Braunsbach

Vodafone Germany has announced a construction project to modernize a local mobile network station in Braunsbach, Arnsdorf, from September 8 to September 23, 2025. The purpose of the modernization is to increase broadband capacities by installing additional broadband antennas.

During the construction period, the mobile network station in Braunsbach will not be available. Traffic will be routed via surrounding stations as much as possible, but temporary restrictions for individual customers cannot be completely avoided. Vodafone apologizes for any temporary inconvenience caused to affected customers.

Regular maintenance and modernization work is essential at the more than 27,000 mobile network stations of Vodafone in Germany to ensure the quality of the mobile network and sustainable operation. Vodafone's machine network (Narrowband IoT) covers more than 97% of German territory for industry and business.
