Wanted: Onlookers who witnessed an indecent act against a woman by an exhibitionist
On the evening of February 25, 2025, a distressing incident of sexual harassment took place on Segelfalterstraße, Stuttgart. A 23-year-old woman was the victim of this unfortunate event.
The unknown suspect followed the victim before subjecting her to the harassment. He was described as having short brown hair with curly bangs, a slim build, approximately 15 to 16 years old, and around 160 cm tall. The suspect was wearing a black jacket and black pants, but the clothing item that may help identify him has not been publicly disclosed.
During the incident, the suspect manipulated his genitals. After being confronted by the victim, he fled towards Kornwestheimer Straße.
