Wanted: Witnesses to potential life-threatening injuries happened at Böblingen train station, BPOLI S investigating
In an unsettling incident, a physical altercation took place at Böblingen station on July 7, 2025, around 16:30. The Federal Police Inspectorate Stuttgart has initiated investigations into the suspected dangerous bodily harm.
According to the press release, which was originally transmitted by the Federal Police Inspectorate Stuttgart and later published by news aktuell, the altercation involved a 25-year-old German suspect and a 20-year-old victim, both known to the police.
The incident began when the suspect, who had previously been involved in a verbal argument with the victim, jumped onto the tracks to pick up an iron bar. The suspect then injured the victim with a pen at platform 3. However, the victim managed to prevent a more serious attack by pushing the suspect back down and using the iron bar to fend off the suspect.
The state police arrived at the scene to find only the alleged victim on the scene. The suspect fled into an incoming S-Bahn. The victim, a German citizen, was lightly injured on the side of his body.
