In a significant real estate transaction, Pradeep Gupta, Co-Founder and Vice Chairman of Anand Rathi Wealth, along with his wife Preeti Gupta, have purchased a lavish apartment in Mumbai's prestigious Lodha Sea Face project. The apartment spans over 10,538 sq. feet and cost ₹131.7 crore.
The legal aspects of the transaction were handled by Shailesh Vaidya, a Senior Partner, and Snehal Singh, a Senior Associate, from Kanga & Co., one of the youngest law firms in the industry. The legal team, originally consisting of the Lodha Group, was expanded to include Vaidya and Singh to ensure a smooth and successful transaction.
