Wealthy individual linked to Jeffrey Epstein purchases a $37 million estate in Martha's Vineyard, previously a vacation spot for President Obama.

In a recent development in the US real estate market, Les Wexner, the renowned retail mogul, has acquired Blue Heron Farm, a prestigious property on Martha's Vineyard, for $37 million.

The property, which previously belonged to Norman Foster and his wife, Elena Ochoa Foster, has been a popular destination for many, with its amenities catering to an active lifestyle. The estate boasts a basketball court, a tennis court, and riding rings, making it an ideal retreat for those seeking a balance between work and play.

The main house of Blue Heron Farm spans approximately 7,000 square feet, while the separate guesthouse offers five bedrooms. The property also features a large barn, a boat house, and a pool with a nearby pool house, all of which were added during the Foster family's ownership.

Underwent renovations under the Fosters, Blue Heron Farm was listed for $39 million this spring and went under contract weeks later. The buyer was a trust managed by Matthew Zieger, attorney for Les Wexner.

The deal for Blue Heron Farm closed on July 10, but details regarding further renovations or changes to the property after the sale to Les Wexner have not been disclosed.

Les Wexner, who founded The Limited, which later became L Brands Inc., a retail conglomerate, is known for his active involvement in the US real estate market. He was reportedly the buyer of Blue Heron, an immobilienprojekt, which suggests an ongoing interest in this sector.

However, no comment was received from Matthew Zieger, Brian Dougherty, Maggie Gold Seelig, or Les Wexner regarding the sale of Blue Heron Farm. Similarly, no information about the current status or use of the property by Les Wexner was provided.

The sale of Blue Heron Farm comes at a time when the US real estate market is expected to undergo a shift in the coming months. President Barack Obama, his wife Michelle Obama, and their family stayed at Blue Heron Farm during the summers of 2009, 2010, and 2011, paying to rent it before the Fosters owned it.

It's worth noting that Les Wexner had a professional relationship with Jeffrey Epstein until 2007. However, the connection between the two does not seem to have any direct impact on the purchase of Blue Heron Farm.

As Les Wexner takes ownership of Blue Heron Farm, the property continues to stand as a testament to the allure of Martha's Vineyard and the appeal of luxurious, lifestyle-focused real estate in the United States.
