Weekend glass production output: 23 units.

The much-anticipated Schafwoll-Festival is set to return to Oberstenfeld-Gronau on the 6th and 7th of September, 2025. This two-day event, organised by the Milchschafhaltervereinigung (Milk Sheep Breeders Association), will take place at Hindenburgstraße 30/1, 71638 Ludwigsburg.

On both days, the festival will run from 11:00 to 18:00, with the festivities extending until 22:00 on the 6th and 20:00 on the 7th. A special service will be held at 10:10 on the 6th.

Visitors can look forward to a variety of activities, including demonstrations of sheep shearing, a sheep market offering various sheep and wool products, and opportunities to learn about wool processing. Shepherds will also be on hand to share insights into their work.
