In the early hours of March 7, 2025, emergency services were called to a single-family house on fire in Zell im Wiesental, a town in the district of Lörrach, Germany. The Integrated Control Center Lörrach received the calls at around 04:45 AM.

Upon arrival, the fire department and police found the house fully engulfed in flames. Firefighting efforts are currently underway.

Sadly, as the fire was brought under control, a charred corpse was discovered inside the house. The exact location of the discovery is Zell im Wiesental, Gresgen-Eichbühl. The time of the discovery was 10:00 AM.
