Woman from Wolcott accused of committing fraud in SNAP case
In the small town of Wolcott, Bianca L. Mumford, a 28-year-old resident, found herself in legal trouble after an investigation by the Department of Social Services. Mumford was accused of failing to report her income while receiving public assistance, leading to charges of welfare fraud.
