On July 31, officers from Ruesselsheim police station enforced weapon-free zones in the city center as part of the "Secure Downtown" program. The operation, which lasted from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM, saw a total of 45 people checked, with no violations found, except for an 18-year-old man selling cannabis.
