WSOP Launches Vlogger Program for Poker Content Creators

The World Series of Poker (WSOP) has launched the WSOP Vlogger Program, an initiative aimed at engaging the poker vlogging community. The program offers tier-based incentives for vloggers to attend WSOP and WSOP Circuit tournaments and create content.

To qualify, vloggers must be 18 or older, have a YouTube channel with at least 5,000 subscribers, and produce at least 60% poker-based content. Once accepted, they must travel to a designated WSOP tour stop and publish three vlogs totalling 30 minutes within a month of the event's conclusion.

The program has four creator tiers based on subscriber count. Emerging poker vloggers with 5,000 to 25,000 subscribers can receive buy-ins for Circuit Ring Events up to $3,000 per stop. Rising poker vloggers with 25,000 to 100,000 subscribers can receive Circuit Tickets based on their subscriber count. Established poker vloggers with 100,000 subscribers or more can receive buy-ins for Circuit Ring or Bracelet Events up to $30,000 per stop. Vloggers are not allowed to wear merchandise with logos or branding of other companies within their content.

The first poker vloggers to join the program were Brent Hanks, Matt Berkey, and Yevgeniy Timoshenko, each having approximately 15,000 to 30,000 subscribers. The first four members of the program were Daniel Negreanu, Frankie 'Frankie C' Cucchiara, Corey Eyring, and Lexy Gavin-Mather.

The WSOP Vlogger Program is designed to foster engagement and growth within the poker vlogging community. By offering tiered incentives based on subscriber count, the program aims to attract and support poker vloggers at various stages of their content creation journey.
