"Yakutskekose" Urges Unobstructed Access for Special Transport During Trash Removal
In the Siberian region of Yakutia, waste collection issues have arisen due to a unique challenge - the inability of special transport to approach the container platform. This roadblock has caused a change in the waste collection schedule, affecting the cleanliness and orderliness of the region.
Each day, the Regional Operator in Yakutia carries out waste collection operations. However, the current blockage of the container platform has disrupted these activities. To help alleviate this issue, residents are asked to refrain from parking cars near container platforms and on their access paths. This will ensure timely waste collection and help maintain the smooth flow of waste trucks.
The regional regulation, SanPiN 2.1.3684-21, stipulates that waste collection should take place from 7 am to 11 pm daily. It is also important to note that blocking access to the container platform is prohibited according to the same regulation.
The owners of collection sites in Yakutia are responsible for ensuring unhindered access for waste trucks to the container platform. If access is blocked, citizens can report the violation to their managing company or the local administration.
The regional operator can only send complaints to the platform owner and cannot directly influence car owners. Consequently, waste truck drivers cannot return to problematic platforms at another time, as each truck strictly follows its predetermined route.
In light of these challenges, joint efforts from residents and the regional operator are necessary to maintain cleanliness and order at container platforms. By adhering to the guidelines and rules, we can ensure efficient waste collection in Yakutia.
This news is reported by yakutskecoseti.ru. It is a reminder to all residents in Yakutia of their shared responsibility in maintaining a clean and orderly environment. Let's work together to keep our region clean and sustainable.
